Boardroom Alpha's Activism Filing Tracker enables you to quickly see any filings typically related to activist activity. These include 13Ds, DFAN14A, PREC14A, PRN14A, DEFC14A, and others. You can easily filter by date, sector/industry, and size of company.

For 13Ds, you are presented with a quick look at the company that it was filed for, who filed it, their ownership percentage(s), and the 13D filing's "Item 4" which provides insights into why the filer has chosen to invest. It is in this section that filers will reveal an activist intent.
