Boardroom Alpha's full text search enabled filing alerts can support complex phrasing, multiple keywords, and more. Below are quick examples of how you can specify what you want to look for within filings.
Notes
- Searches are case insensitive (i.e. it doesn't matter if letters are capitalized or lowercase)
Examples
To find filings that contain "clawback"
clawback
To find filings with the exact phrase "john smith"
"John Smith"
- Please note that exact phrase matches do not use stemming.
To find filings that contain "inclusion" OR "diversity"
(inclusion OR diversity)
To find filings that contain "inclusion" AND "diversity"
(inclusion AND diversity)
